The quality of translations achieves new heights at «Alliance PRO»

A Quality Control Department was created on the initiative of the Translations Department.
In order to improve the quality of translations, the technological process of doing translations was divided into 7 steps: text entry, unedited translation, editing, proofreading, checking, desk-top publishing, and checking of layout.
Responsibility for the text entry and unedited translations has been entrusted to the Executive Director of Translations Department, Anastasia Andreyevna Yahontova. The Quality Control Department was created to handle the other operations. Marina Vladimirovna Valuyskaya, an experienced staff editor, was appointed to lead the Quality Control Department. These changes will allow each of the divisions to more efficiently perform its part in the overall process of translation production.
The «Alliance PRO» translation services specializes in written translations for enterprises and organizations from over 50 major languages into the languages of the CIS countries and vice versa. Translations are carried out by linguists following European standards and using advanced translation technologies.
