How to request a translation.

Stage
 The procedure for standard language pairs is as follows
1. Discussion of requirements

2. Order estimate
  1. For an estimate, please send the document(s) to our e-mail address.
  2. Within 15-30 minutes, we will prepare a preliminary estimate, which includes services, costs and timeframes for the order.
  3. The estimate will then be sent to the client for perusal.
3. Order confirmation
  1. To confirm an order, please make a payment of 50 % of the order price.
  2. Once the payment is received, the order is sent for execution.
4. Order completion
  1. Once the order is completed, we send the client any fragment of the translated text.
  2. Where advance payment was made, the remainder must be settled at this stage.
  3. Once the order has been paid for in full, the client is sent the completed translation.

The terms for legal entities and partner companies (translation agencies) are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and require the signing of a cooperation agreement. Depending on the agreement reached, we also welcome the signing of non-disclosure agreements.
